If your casting does not turn out the way it should, we'll send you FREE replacements for you to get it right! We hold a soft limit of 3 total trials to avoid any abuse of our guarantee. Replacement requests are valid up until 60 days  after purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange (unopened) items within 30 days from the date you have received your order. Please note: A refund can not be given if the seals of the bucket have been opened. Costs of return shipping will not be refunded, nor can we supply a return shipping label, this is due to us already having incurred multiple costs to get the item to you in the first place. Refunds will be made out to the method used to pay for the order.

Important: If your product is broken we will need a picture of the damaged item. 

 

• Email: hello@keepngive.com, (subject line: RMA) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date.
• Place the products inside a shipping envelope and mail it the following address:  keepngive 6010 Cajun Blvd. San Bernardino California 92407. Return shipping will not be refunded.
• Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
• Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 
• Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
